Another advantage is that regular physical exercises also contribute to preventing illnesses. Exercising brings down unhealthy cholesterol levels and minimises the risk of heart disease. Apart from that, when you are physically active, you sleep better at night. A good night's sleep relaxes and rejuvenates your body. As a result, you feel refreshed and stress-free.
